in Europe - The Barcelona Page!
About the city
Barcelona was our sixth stop in Europe. Its
a very friendly city, full with young people that like to party till 6
o'clock in the morning (unfortunately the night life is limited to Salsa
or House music). However, it could seem to some people a little bit noisy
and bustling, in that case, stay away from "La Rambla" street.
Beside that, Barcelona is cheep ( not so
much in the touristy spots), it has an impressive architecture (Gaudy buildings
and also traditional old Spanish architecture), and most important: it
has a beach that that you can swim in or just enjoy the sun!
We recommend not to stay in Barcelona more
than a few days, there are less commercial cities in Spain you should visit
(for example: Grenada).
